Open Source Code Release - Influenced a major company shift to release formerly proprietary core code, back into open source.
Manage, support, analyze, design, integrate, and administer our software product at customer sites. I handled communication amongst technical and non-technical audiences amongst Fortune 500 clients such as LinkedIn.com, Myspace.com, USArmy, Nintendo, VMWare, SAIC and Cloud Computing providers. Product mastery and customer-elation were key success factors.

Manage, productize, engineer, and administer current and future UMBC Graduate School information systems, business processes, and department IT needs. The role involved hiring and managing 6 subordinates, working with 200+ fellow workers, supporting 30+ departmental workers, 2000+ applicants (customers), ~20 major integrated systems, with an application system that costs $50,000+ per year to run.
