Persimmon Cookies

Ingreidents

  • 1 cup persimmon pulp
  • 1 t baking soda (dissolved in pulp)
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 nuts
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 t each cinnamon, nutmeg & cloves

Directions

Cream butter & sugar, beat egg, add to pulp. Sift dry ingreidets together and ad to creamed mixture. Add nuts & raisins. When blended, drop from spoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degrees oven until lightly brown about 15 mins.
